Clarence Fields Named Chairman of Minnesota Youth Elite Training Initiative
360 Sports Services is proud to announce that founder Clarence Fields has been named Chairman of the Board of the Minnesota Youth Elite Training Initiative.
The Minnesota Youth Elite Training Initiative—also known as YETIs—is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to make youth sports more affordable while providing elite training and development both on and off the ice.
YETIs’ mission closely aligns with Clarence’s work through 360 Sports Services:
Expanding access to quality coaching
Developing the whole athlete
Supporting athletes and their families
Creating positive youth sports experiences
Building confidence, preparation, and personal growth
As Chairman, Clarence will help guide the organization’s strategic vision, strengthen community partnerships, support fundraising and program development, and expand opportunities for dedicated young athletes.
Potter Hockey MEA Complete Athlete Camp
Coaches Jenny Potter, Rob Potter, and Clarence Fields invite highly motivated hockey athletes to participate in an intensive on-ice and off-ice development camp at Breck Ice Arena.
Camp Details
Dates: October 15–16
Location: Breck Ice Arena
Cost: $400 per athlete
Capacity: Only 20 athletes per age group
Who: Boys (2012s-2018s) and Girls (10U-14U)
Training Curriculum
The accelerated, age-appropriate curriculum will focus on:
Off Ice (Athletic Performance)
Skating
Stickhandling
Passing
Shooting
Scoring
Mental resilience and sports psychology
This camp is designed for serious athletes committed to developing the skills, athleticism, mindset, and gameplay required to compete at higher levels of hockey.
