Thursday, October 16th
Focus on essential skills for success in lacrosse, including cradling, catching, throwing, dodging, ground balls, face-offs, defensive techniques, and compete in 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 small-sided games.
Each player will compete in a series of combine drills, including the 40-yard dash, 3-cone shuttle, and broad jump, with top performers receiving prizes.
Times: 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Winter Academy
The 360 Sports Lacrosse Winter Skills Academy offers a dynamic and intensive training program designed to enhance young athletes' lacrosse skills in a fun and learning-focused environment. Athletes will spend time with a professional speed and strength coach to develop elite athletic movement patterns. Lacrosse skills covered: cradling, catching, passing, shooting, dodging, ground balls, and defensive techniques.

Enroll your boys' team in the 360 Sports Lacrosse Winter Skills Academy's Scrimmage Clinics to develop essential skills in 3v3 and 6v6 formats, versus the 360 Sports Academy team. Teams will also receive speed and strength training from a professional coach, fostering teamwork and competition this winter.
