These sessions provide consistent warm-ups, strength, and functional movement exercises, closely monitoring each athlete’s progress to build critical mental readiness—shifting from reactive play to strategic decision-making. Incorporating targeted performance training prepares your team for cohesive, confident, and competitive play every time they step on the ice.

Cage Training Days
ARRIVAL- 10 minutes before the session begins to warm up as a TEAM
TRAINING AGENDA
Players will be split into working groups created by coaches
THE CAGE - Half of the groups will be in the cage for strength, agility, and plyometrics
SHOOTING AREA - Half of the groups will be in the shooting area for stick handling, passing, and shooting fundamentals
Players will spend 25 minutes in each area.
DRESSED AND READY - Players should be in the locker room DRESSED 15 minutes before practice and game time, ready for whiteboard discussion
Pre-Practice and Game Warm Up
PRACTICE - Arrive 30 minutes before practice to begin warm-up as a TEAM
GAME DAY - Arrive 60 minutes before games to begin warm-up 45 minutes before puck drop
DRESSED AND READY - Players should be in the locker room DRESSED 15 minutes before practice and game time, ready for whiteboard discussion
