  • Hockey Dryland Training | Grades 1-5

    Boost your game off the ice! This class builds mental focus, speed, strength, and coordination through fun, high-energy drills. Athletes receive at-home practice videos, are tested weekly, and have the opportunity to win prizes on the final day. Perfect prep for tryouts and in-season success!

  • 3v3 Hoops Skills Academy | Grades 1-5

    Boost your basketball game in this fast-paced, skill-focused class! Players will develop fundamentals like ball handling, shooting, passing, and defense, all within the exciting format of 3-on-3 play. Led by experienced coaches, this class is suitable for both beginners and advanced players. Learn, compete, and have fun!
