Boys and Girls Grades 2-12

Become a complete player!

Our private training program focuses on building the fundamentals for young athletes just starting, or those who are advanced and want to be elite.

Our program emphasizes age-appropriate strength training, conditioning, functional movement, and footwork to develop athleticism first. From there, we add the fundamental skills required to play the sport we are working on.

Session Details

  • Boys and Girls Grades K-12

  • 75 minutes total

  • Athletes will be responsible for completing a dynamic warm-up and functional fitness routine within the first 15 minutes of the session.

  • Cost: $100 (up to 2 athletes), $160 (up to 4 athletes)

Baseball/Softball Skills Academy | Coed Grades K-5

Develop fundamental baseball and softball skills, including batting, fielding, throwing, and base running. Athletes will practice and compete while learning situational baseball concepts.

Lacrosse Skills | Coed Grades K-5

Focus on essential skills for success in lacrosse, including cradling, catching, throwing, dodging, ground balls, face-offs, and defensive techniques.

Basketball Skills | Coed Grades K-8

Develop fundamental basketball skills, including shooting, dribbling, passing, and defense.
