Team Performance Challenge Training
In addition to your team practices, 360 Sports Services suggests scheduling 1-2 Performance Challenge training sessions per week throughout the season at THE CAGE, before or after scheduled practices.
Overview
Enhance your team's performance through youth athletic development training with 360 Sports Services, designed to unify and improve every player's skills. Coaches often struggle to balance players with varying abilities in terms of skills and focus by sport. Each session includes monitoring each athlete’s progress with consistent warm-up, strength, and functional movement exercises aimed at building essential mental readiness—transitioning from reactive responses to strategic gameplay.
Integrating focused performance training sets your team on the path to cohesive, confident, and competitive play every time they hit the ice.
