Before and After-School Performance Training Programs

Youth Athletic Development
This program will prepare young athletes for in-season dominance by developing mental focus, readiness, and coachability through brain-body connectivity exercises. Athletes will also improve foot speed, coordination, balance, strength, aerobic conditioning, and awareness through dynamic warm-ups, functional fitness training, and athletic movement patterns.
Available Training Days and Times: November - February
5:30 pm - 6:20 pm
6:30 pm - 7:20 pm
7:30 pm - 8:20 pm
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
Saturdays and Sundays
