We are thrilled to announce a new collaboration between the Eden Prairie Hockey Association and our sponsor, 360 Sports Services. This partnership brings high-level athletic development and sport-skill-specific training—including floor hockey—directly to five local elementary schools, helping families balance busy schedules with quality player development.

Youth Enrichment Scholarship Form:
360 Sports Services is a vendor for the Eden Prairie School District's EPIC program! If your student qualifies for free or reduced lunch, they are also eligible for scholarships to attend 360 Sports after-school, school release, and summer camp programs.
